Somatic Craniosacral Therapy

Reconnect. Realign. Renew.

Specializing in clients with anxiety, chronic pain, or addiction, when talk therapy and medical treatment have not been enough.

“Why cant I figure it out?”

Because it’s not in your head…It’s in your body. Most of the things that cause us suffering come from our earliest days and unconscious beliefs, emotions, perceptions, and memories. But the body remembers, and it holds the key to healing and recovery.

Mind-Body healing can support those recovering from:

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Addiction

  • Trauma and Chronic Pain

What is Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy uses the powerful link between the mind and body. You are more than your thoughts! Much of how we experience the world, ourselves, and our relationships is through our physicality. Somatic Therapy brings the body into treatment. Combining the body with talk and psychoeducation allows access to previously unreachable material. This holistic process can allow for a deeper connection with your inner self and stimulate your body’s natural ability to heal.

My approach blends:

  • Body-aware somatic techniques

  • Mindfulness & breath work

  • Gentle nervous system regulation

  • Emotional processing between the mind and body

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Psychoeducation

This is not just talking about your experiences — it’s working with what’s still living in your body.

Who This Supports

You might be ready for this work if you experience:

  • Persistent anxiety, tension, or panic despite talk therapy or medication

  • Chronic pain that doesn’t respond to treatment

  • Feeling overwhelmed or shut down

  • Substance Use Disorder despite traditional treatment

You don’t have to figure out all your thoughts first. We start with your body and nervous system.

Why Somatic Work Matters

Often, the reason traditional approaches don’t reach lasting change is because the nervous system still feels unsafe. When your body is aroused or holding tension, it’s harder to access clarity, connection, or peace. Through body awareness, mindfulness, breath, and movement, the work becomes more experiential.

Somatic work helps you:

  • Regulate your nervous system rather than just cope

  • Increase felt safety in your body

  • Build resilience and capacity over time

  • Strengthen the connection and compassion felt towards your inner self
